Canada Learning Code’s mission is to ensure that all people in Canada have the skills and confidence to be creators and not just consumers of technology, offering a variety of accessible computer science educational programs and initiatives.
With support from Amazon, Canada Learning Code recently launched the Pan-Canadian K-12 Computer Science Education Framework, the first comprehensive set of educational guidelines to prepare students to navigate an increasingly digital world.
Amazon’s partnership enables Canada Learning Code to equip educators with the tools and knowledge to bring computer science into their classrooms and deliver learning experiences to underserved communities through professional development workshops for teachers and in class workshops.
